The state budget is the most important legislation passed each year, and how we pay for it is equally critical. Led by Dr. Karen Kunz of the WVU Department of Public Administration, this session will provide a better grasp of our state’s taxation and revenue priorities. Following Dr. Kunz' presentation, attendees will be sent to Zoom breakout rooms by policy team to discuss how the information provided can be applied throughout the development of their team's policy proposal.
